• The pictures do not contain any illustration of visible people without according declaration of consent to publish and reproduce them.
• I am unrestricted originator of the data and holder of the rights of all illustrated elements.
• My data does not contain any logos or trademark which are protected by copyright or which are intellectual property of a third party.

I herewith entitle Extrem Events regional and temporal unrestricted right of use of the delivered pictures. I especially entitle Extrem Events the right to publish the mentioned pictures on their project internet page. Furthermore I entitle Extrem Events to make the pictures accessible for the public, to send them or to reproduce and broadcast them in any other form without charge, especially for publications in print and online media. I especially entitle Extrem Events to use the pictures for the documentary book which will be created by the publishing company “Ullmann Verlag”.

The above mentioned entitlements of rights of usage are free of charge.
